本标准规定了法兰端、对焊端、承插焊端和螺纹连接的钢制旋塞阀的结构与基本参数、技术要求、材料、试验方法、检验规则以及防护、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于公称压力PN10～PN420、公称尺寸DN25～DN600，阀门的连接方式为法兰、焊接、螺纹连接，材料为碳钢、合金钢、奥氏体不锈钢，形式为短型、常规型、文丘里型和圆孔全通径型的旋塞阀。
