GB/T 22159的本部分详细介绍了一种在特定预载荷条件下，弹性支撑件低频平动动刚度驱动点测量方法。在弹性支撑件输出端阻滞时，通过输入端的力和振动的测量求动刚度的实验方法，称为驱动点测量法。
由测量输入端位移（速度、加速度）和力所得到的刚度称为驱动点动刚度。只有在低频范围，由于驱动点动刚度和传递动刚度相等，该方法才能够用于弹性支撑件动刚度的测定。
