GB/T 22199的本部分规定了电动助力车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存及使用要求。
本部分适用于以蓄电池作为主要动力源的电动自行车、电动滑板车、电动平衡车、电动轮椅车等使用的容量为28 Ah及以下的阀控式铅酸蓄电池(以下简称蓄电池)和蓄电池组。蓄电池中的硫酸电解液是不流动的，吸附在电极间的微孔结构中或呈胶体形式。
本部分不适用于起动用、电动道路车用、牵引用等其他用途的铅酸蓄电池和蓄电池组。
