本标准适用于以葡萄籽、葡萄皮、沙棘、玫瑰果、蓝浆果、法国松树皮提取物等为主要原料制造的保健食品中前花青素的测定。
本标准的检测限：方法的检出限（LOD）为1.5×10-4 g/100 g，方法的定量限（LOQ）为5.0×10-4 g/100 g。方法的线性范围为10 μg/mL～150 μg/mL。
