本标准适用于以刺五加为主要原料的保健食品中异嗪皮啶的测定。
当取样量2.0 g，定容至10 mL，进样量10 μL时，方法的检出限（LOD）为2.0×10 －4 g/kg，方法的定量限（LOQ）为6.0×10 －4 g/kg。线性范围为2.0 μg/mL～40 μg/mL。
