本标准适用于作为主要功效成分添加于保健食品中番茄红素的测定。
当取样量1.0 g，定容至10 mL，进样量10 μL时，检出限（LOD）为3×10 -4 g/kg，定量限（LOQ）为1×10 -3 g/kg。 线性范围为0.200 μg/mL～20.0 μg/mL。
