本标准适用于以辅酶Q10作为主要功效成分添加于保健食品中的辅酶Q10的测定。
当信噪比S/N＝3，取样量5.0 g，定容至25 mL，进样量10 μL时，检出限（LOD）为1.6×10 -4 g/100 g；当信噪比S/N＝10，取样量5.0 g，定容至25 mL，进样量10 μL时，定量限（LOQ）为5.0×10 -4 g/100 g。线性范围为5.0 μg/mL～100 μg/mL。
