本部分适用于安装式数字显示的绝缘电阻表，也适用于具有模拟/数字双显示的绝缘电阻表的数字显示部分。
本部分不适用于：
——只具有直接作用模拟指示的绝缘电阻表。
——便携式数字显示绝缘电阻表。
——另有国家标准（或行业标准）的特殊用途仪表。
