本标准静态法部分适用于室温下测定金属材料弹性状态的杨氏模量、弦线模量、切线模量和泊松比；动态法部分适用于-196 ℃～1 200 ℃间测定材质均匀的弹性材料的动态杨氏模量、动态切变模量和动态泊松比的测量。
