本标准规定了自镇流冷阴极荧光灯的定义、型号命名规则及主要性能参数、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于额定电压为220 V，频率为50 Hz，额定功率在30 W以下，采用螺口/卡口灯头，在室内外场合照明用的，将灯头、灯管与启动燃点的电子部件集成一体的自镇流冷阴极荧光灯(以下简称灯)。
