本部分适用于变频器供电的单相或多相交流电机定子/转子绕组绝缘结构。
本部分规定了对于典型试样或完整电机进行的鉴别和质量控制（型式和出厂）试验，以验证与电压型变频器的匹配程度。
本部分不适用于：
--仅由变频器起动的旋转电机；
--额定电压有效值≤300 V的旋转电机；
--运行电压(峰值)≤200 V的旋转电机的转子绕组。
