本标准规定了使用胶粘、缝制、模压、硫化、注塑、灌注等工艺，以天然皮革、人造革、合成革、纺织品或多种材料为帮面制造的皮凉鞋的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及包装、运输、贮存。

本标准适用于成人穿用的皮凉鞋（含凉靴），不适用于婴幼儿、儿童穿用的皮凉鞋（含凉靴）。帮面为其他材料，采用同等制作工艺制作的凉鞋可参照执行。
