本标准规定了纳米技术处理服装产品的术语和定义、要求、检测方法、检验分类规则，以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等技术特征。
本标准适用于经纳米技术处理的，以纺织机织物为主要面料生产的功能性服装。该服装或其特定部位在生产加工过程中因使用了纳米技术而具有了防水、防油、易去污、抗菌、防紫外线等一种或几种功能。
本标准不适用于婴幼儿服装。
