本标准规定了家用和类似用途电器防止非饮用水反虹吸流入水源的要求，也规定了此类器具连接至水压不超过 1 MPa供水水源的软管组件的要求。
<br/ 注1：类似用途包括器具安装在食堂、饭店、洗衣店及公共场所。
注2：本标准不适用于以下器具：
——用于干式清洁的器具；
——医疗用途的器具；
——工业用途的器具；
——集成于供水系统的水加热器；
——集成于供水系统的水冷却器。
注3：器具与水源的连接可以是暂时的或永久使用的。
注4：“水源”也包括供水箱或类似系统的供水。
注5：国家有关管理部门可能还规定需防止由于防逆流装置上游不合适的材料而引起的饮用水被污染。
