本标准规定了家用和类似用途电坐便器便座的术语和定义、分类、规格与型号命名、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、使用说明、包装、运输和贮存。

本标准适用于在家庭及类似场所使用的、额定电压不超过250 V的单相电坐便器便座。

本标准不适用于陶瓷坐便器和专门用于医疗用途的电坐便器。
