本部分规定了电力金具的验收规则。
本部分适用于额定电压10 kV及以上架空电力线路、变电站及电厂配电装置用的电力金具（以下简称金具)。
对低压配电网使用的同类金具可参照使用本部分。对在严重腐蚀、污秽的环境、高海拔地区、高寒地区等条件下使用的金具尚应满足其他标准的有关规定。
