本标准适用于河豚鱼、鳗鱼和对虾中485种农药及相关化学品残留的定性鉴别，也适用于对其中402种农药及相关化学品进行定量测定。
本标准定量测定的402种农药及相关化学品方法检出限为0.002 5 mg/kg~0.600 0 mg/kg（参见附录A）。
