本标准适用于水、3％(质量浓度)乙酸溶液、10％(体积分数)乙醇溶液和橄榄油四种食品模拟物中乙酸乙烯酯含量的测定。
水、3%(质量浓度)乙酸溶液和10%(体积分数)乙醇溶液三种水基食品模拟物中乙酸乙烯酯的测定低限为2.4 mg/L，橄榄油中乙酸乙烯酯的测定低限为2.4 mg/kg。
