本标准中三种水基食品模拟物水、3%（质量浓度）乙酸和10%（体积分数）乙醇中1,1,1-三甲醇丙烷的检测低限为0.60 mg/L，橄榄油模拟物中1,1,1-三甲醇丙烷的检测低限为0.60 mg/kg。
