全国电器附件标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 67)
本标准规定了户内使用的、仅用于交流电、额定电压在50 V以上但不超过440 V、额定电流不超过32 A的家用和类似用途的地面插座的要求。
对于装有无螺纹端子的地面插座，额定电流最大仅限为16 A。
本标准不适用于工业用地面插座。
符合本标准要求的地面插座适合在通常不超过35 ℃、偶尔会达到40 ℃的环境温度中使用。
在特殊条件的场所，如船上、车辆上和可能发生爆炸等危险场所，可能要求特殊的结构。
