全国肥料和土壤调理剂标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 105)
本标准规定了缓释肥料的要求，试验方法，检验规则，标识，包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于氮肥、钾肥、复混肥料、掺混肥料（BB肥）等产品的所有颗粒或部分颗粒经特定工艺加工而成的缓释肥料。
本标准不适用于硫包衣尿素（简称SCU）等无机包膜的肥料，不适用于脲醛缓释肥料，也不适用于利用硝化抑制剂、脲酶抑制剂技术延缓养分形态转化的稳定性肥料。已有国家或行业标准的缓释肥料如硫包衣尿素等执行相应的产品标准。
