本标准规定了水产饲料安全性评价繁殖试验规程的基本技术要求。本标准推荐采用斑马鱼(Brachydanio rerio)，并不排除其他鱼种［如青鳉（Oryzias latipes）和剑尾鱼（Xiphophorus helleri）］，但应对试验条件做相应的改变。本标准适用于水产动物使用的配合饲料、单一饲料及饲料添加剂的安全性评价，不包括饲料药物添加剂。
