本标准适用于售卡、售票、售货、缴费、充值、账单/详单/发票打印、存折补登、数字图片打印、文字和音视频信息发布与查询等的自服终端（但不包括特殊的自服终端，如：残疾人使用的自服终端），为具体产品规范的制定提供依据。
