本部分是以GB/T 23730.1规定的视听作品标识符为基础，适用于精确、唯一标识视听作品在生命期内所产生的作品或其他内容中的任一版本。
注册中国标准视听作品号版本号与版权登记不具有同一性，也不自然成为视听作品知识产权的法律凭证。
