本标准规定了测定饲料中马杜霉素铵含量的高效液相色谱法（HPLC）和液相色谱-质谱法（LCMS）。
本标准适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料和添加剂预混合饲料。HPLC法为定量测定方法，定量限为1 mg/kg。LC-MS法为定性测定方法，最低检测含量为0.5 mg/kg。
