本标准规定了汽车用压缩天然气钢质内胆环向缠绕气瓶(以下简称：缠绕气瓶)的型式和参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、涂敷、包装、运输、储存等要求。本标准适用于设计、制造公称工作压力为20 MPa或25 MPa，公称水容积为30 L~450 L，工作温度为-40 ℃～65 ℃，设计使用寿命为15年的缠绕气瓶。按本标准制造的缠绕气瓶仅用于充装符合GB 18047的车用压缩天然气，用作汽车的燃料，固定在汽车上使用；使用条件中不包括因外力等引起的附加载荷。
