本标准规定了呼吸器用碳纤维全缠绕铝合金内胆复合气瓶（以下简称：复合气瓶）定期检验与评定的基本方法和技术要求。本标准适用于公称水容积不大于12 L、公称工作压力不大于30 MPa、用于充装呼吸气体、使用温度范围为-40 ℃~60 ℃并可重复充气的移动式复合气瓶。本标准不适用于车用复合气瓶。
