本标准规定了电动汽车DC/DC变换器的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存等。
本标准适用于电动汽车动力电源系统用DC/DC变换器。附件和控制系统低压（12 V、24 V）电源系统使用的DC/DC变换器可参照本标准相关内容。
本标准中涉及的DC/DC变换器的功率等级为千瓦级（1 kW～200 kW）；不包括模块式小功率DC/DC变换器。
