本标准适用于加工弹簧床垫、沙发、坐垫中的中凹形冷卷螺旋压缩弹簧（包括有结簧和无结簧，端圈形状为圆形或异形，以下简称弹簧）的设备。本标准不适用于其他弹簧加工设备。
