本标准规定了测量多壁碳纳米管纯度的方法、仪器、分析步骤及结果表示方法。本标准提供了使用烧炭、热重分析(TGA)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及图像分析相结合的技术测量多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)样品纯度的方法。该纯度以样品中多壁碳纳米管的含量(质量分数)表示。本标准不适用于均匀度差或含大块碳相杂质的样品。
