本标准规定了带柔性导轨的自锁器的技术要求、测试方法、检验规则及标识。
本标准适用于体重及负重之和不大于100 kg的人员使用的带柔性导轨的自锁器，当使用者的总质量（包括其工具和装备）超过100 kg时，应征询制造商的意见，并经测试合格后方可使用。
本标准不适用于倾斜角度与垂直方向超过15°的柔性轨道。
