本标准规定了袋泡茶的术语和定义、分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标签标志、包装、运输和贮存。
 本标准适用于以茶叶（包括经窨花工艺制成的花茶）为原料，用过滤材料包装而成的袋泡茶。
本标准不适用于添加其他植物原料和食用香精香料的袋泡茶。
