本标准液相色谱/串联质谱测定方法适用于化妆品中糖皮质激素的定量测定，其检出限为0.03 μg/g，定量限为0.1 μg/g。
本标准薄层层析方法适用于化妆品中糖皮质激素的定性筛选。点样量为10 mg时，其检出限为50 μg/g；点样量为20 mg时，其检出限可达25 μg/g。
