本标准规定了离子色谱测定畜禽养殖污水中氟离子（F-）、氯离子（Cl-）、亚硝酸根离子（NO2-）、溴离子（Br-）、硝酸根离子（NO3-）、硫酸根离子（SO42-）和磷酸根离子（PO43-）七种阴离子的方法。
本标准适用于畜禽养殖污水中F-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、SO42-和PO43-七种阴离子的同步测定。
本方法定量限：当进样量为25 μL时，F-、NO3-—N为0.1 mg/L，Cl-、NO2-—N、Br-、SO42-和PO43-为0.5 mg/L。
