本标准规定了GB/T 4127(所有部分）中各种型号的外径大于或等于125 mm、且单重大于或等于80 g、且最高工作速度大于或等于16 m/s的交付砂轮不平衡量的术语和定义、允许的不平衡值、固有不平衡量的测量、固有不平衡量的检查。
本标准适用于交付条件下的砂轮。
本标准不适用于产品标准中对平衡检验另有规定的砂轮。
