本标准规定了白光LED灯用稀土黄色荧光粉（简称黄粉）的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
 本标准适用于经高温反应制得的铝酸盐及相关体系的荧光粉，该荧光粉在440 nm～480 nm蓝光激发下发出黄光，黄光与激发源蓝光形成白光，主要用于由蓝光LED芯片激发的白光LED灯。
