本标准提供了两种测定砷含量的方法，即氢化物原子荧光光度法与银盐比色法。检出限要根据所使用的检测仪器而定，本标准使用双道原子荧光光谱仪测定，检出限约为0.01 mg/kg，银盐比色法的检出限为0.5 mg/kg。
