本标准适用于碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢、铜及铜合金、铝及铝合金等材质的工业设备表面形成的水垢、锈垢、油垢及其他污垢的化学清洗。
工业设备中物料垢的化学清洗和其他材料制造的工业设备的化学清洗可参照执行。
