本标准规定了冷轧电镀锡钢板及钢带的分类和代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书等。

本标准适用于公称厚度为0.14 mm～0.80 mm的一次冷轧以及公称厚度为0.12 mm～0.36  mm的二次冷轧电镀锡钢板及钢带（以下简称“钢板及钢带”）。
