本标准规定了氨基醇酸树脂涂料的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存等内容。
 本标准适用于以氨基树脂和醇酸树脂为主要成膜物质，在一定温度下经烘烤固化形成涂膜的单组分涂料，主要用于轻工产品、机电仪器仪表、玩具等各种金属制品表面的涂覆，起装饰保护作用。
 本标准不适用于氨基烘干绝缘涂料。
