GB/T 25444的本部分（以下简称本部分）规定了移动式和固定式近海设施电气装置的系统设计要求，适用于近海石油工业的钻井、生产、处理及贮存，包括管路、泵站或管内清扫站、空压机站和外露的单浮筒系泊设施。
本部分适用于交流电压不大于35 000 V和直流电压不大于750 V的永久的、临时的、移动或手持的所有电气装置（交流和直流电压为标称电压）。
本部分不适用于固定的医疗设备或液货船上的电气装置。
