本标准规定了向控制与管理起重机起重作业的指派人员传授必要知识的基本培训要求。本标准不适用于对危险货物或在有害环境下进行的起重作业实施控制与管理的人员所要求的附加培训。
注1： 执行任务时的责任在GB/T 23723.1中规定。
注2： 对司机(操作员)、吊装工和指挥人员的培训分别见GB/T 23720.1及 GB/T 23721。
