本标准规定了极限工作载荷不大于63 t的8级钢制锻造起重部件（以下简称“部件”）的基本要求。其主要用于下列起重吊索具：
——GB/T 20652和GB/T 25853规定的吊链；
——ISO 7531中规定的钢丝绳吊索具；
——编织吊索具。
本标准不适用手工锻造部件、焊接链环和其他焊接部件。
