本标准适用于铜粉氧化法、碳酸氢铵氨水亚铜浸出法和可溶铜加碱合成法所生产的氧化铜粉，一般用于制造玻璃、搪瓷、陶瓷等的着色剂和磁性材料的原料，还用于制造烟火、染料、触媒、其他铜盐以及人造丝工业和电镀行业等。
