本标准规定了内燃机排气歧管铸铁件（以下简称铸件）的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和质量证明书、防锈、包装、储存和运输等要求。
本标准适用于砂型铸造或导热性与砂型相当的铸型中铸造的铸件。对于用其他铸造方法生产的铸件，也可参照使用。
