本标准规定了家用和类似用途豆浆机（以下简称豆浆机）的术语和定义、分类与型号命名方式、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于额定电压不超过250 V、额定容积不超过2.5 L的豆浆机，对于商用豆浆机参照附录A。
注： 用于海拔超过1 000 m地区的豆浆机的要求正在考虑中。
