本标准规定了醇类消毒剂的原料要求、技术要求、应用范围、使用方法，包装、运输和贮存、标识、标签和说明书及检验方法。本标准适用于以乙醇和/或异（正)丙醇为杀菌成分制成的含醇类消毒剂、乙醇和/或异（正)丙醇与表面活性剂、护肤成分等配伍的消毒剂。本标准不适用于乙醇或异（正)丙醇与其他杀菌成分复配的消毒剂、以乙醇或异（正)丙醇为溶剂的消毒剂。
