本标准适用于以钢制压力容器作外壳的内衬氟塑料的压力容器，氟塑料包括聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）、聚全氟乙丙烯（FEP）、聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF）、乙烯和四氟乙烯共聚物（ETFE）和可熔性聚四氟乙烯（PFA）等，压力容器包括塔、釜、容器、槽、罐等，其设计压力p的范围：0.1 MPa≤p≤2.5 MPa。
