GB/T 26548的本部分规定了手持式动力驱动的钻和冲击钻手柄部位手传振动辐射测量的试验方法，确定了安装有钻头的钻,其手柄握持部位振动量的型式检验程序。其测得的结果用于比较相同型式不同型号的机器。
本部分适用于由气动或其他动力驱动的，通过回转和冲击作用在各种材料上钻孔的直柄式钻、枪柄式钻和角式钻（见第5章）。本部分不适用于以丝杆推进的重型钻或是以内燃机驱动的钻。
