GB/T 26548的本部分规定了手持式动力驱动除锈锤和针束除锈器手柄部位手传振动辐射测量的试验方法，确定了在规定的试验条件下操作机器时手柄握持部位振动大小的型式检验程序。其测得的结果用来比较相同型式不同型号机器的振动量。
本部分适用于以压缩空气或其他动力驱动，借助于往复作业工具或针束在各种材料上进行去除油漆、锈斑或氧化皮作业的雕刻笔、凿毛机、除锈锤和针束除锈器（见第5章）。
注： 为避免混淆“动力工具”和“插入工具”，本部分通篇采用“机器”代替“动力工具”。
